The brain can be trained

The brain can be trained

Why is the Mental Economy Gym considered to be the only mental gym in existence?
Because its training methods are comparable to those of physical gyms, both being based on the quantification of performance and body parameters, essential criteria for the design of training programs.

9 workstations are spread over an area of 150 square meters, consisting of monitors and large touch screens that allow the execution of tests and exercises in single, competition or team modes.

Each test is characterized by the integration of performance and body parameters in appropriate proprietary algorithms. This method represents the strong point of Mental Economy because it enables quantification of brain efficiency in the various mental activities that can be done in the gym.

The software developed by Mental Economy provides a wide range of tests and execution modes that establish a psycho-physiological profile of the subject, highlighting the strengths and areas to be optimized, according to the activity done.

In addition to the Mental Economy Gym®, special areas have been dedicated to training specific mental skills and cognitive functions, such as the Distraction Room, used for optimizing Proofing and Filtering skills, in other words the ability to proof the brain from external distractions and to filter negative and distracting thoughts.

The brain, like a muscle, improves and optimizes its performance though consistent training. To meet all needs, Mental Economy has created a web platform and user kit for remote training.
